L’associazione italiana sulla nutrizione Artificiale Domiciliare “Un Filo per la Vita” nasce nel 2005 con l’obiettivo di tutelare i soggetti in età pediatrica, giovanile e adulta in nutrizione artificiale a domicilio e affetti da Insufficienza Intestinale Cronica Benigna (IICB).
L’Associazione si impegna nella creazione di progetti utili a sostenere nel quotidiano le persone in età pediatrica e adulta affette da IICB in nutrizione parenterale.
L’Associazione dispone di una vasta rete di organizzazioni con cui collabora a diversi livelli:
– è affiliata a UNIAMO, Federazione Nazionale Malattie Rare
– è membro di EURORDIS, Federazione di associazioni che rappresentata 894 organizzazioni di malati rari in 72 paesi
– è membro fondatore di PACIFHAN, Rete internazionale di pazienti in nutrizione artificiale domiciliare.
Il progetto europeo RoW nasce da “La Rarità su 2 Ruote”, la buona pratica dell’Associazione incentrata sulla creazione di un team sportivo che, ad ogni gara/evento nazionale, parla di IICB (tramite interviste, abiti, loghi…) finalizzato alla sensibilizzazione e la riflessione sulla malattia.

The Italian Association on Artificial Home Nutrition “Un Filo per la Vita” wasfounded in 2005, with the aim of protecting paediatric, juvenile and adult patients in artificial nutrition at home and suffering from the rare disease “Benign chronic bowel failure” (IICB). The Association is committed to the development of projects aimed to support people in pediatric and adult age affected by IICB in parenteral nutrition.
The association has an extensive network of organisations with which it collaborates at different levels:
- it is affiliated to UNIAMO, National Federation of Rare Diseases – national level
- it is member of EURORDIS, Federation of Associations representing 894 rare diseases organisations in 72 countries
- it is founding member of PACIFHAN, the international network of patients in home artificial nutrition.
The European Project “RoW” focused on “La rarità su due route”, the Association’s good practice which is being experimented in Italy and based on the creation of a cycling team which, at each national race/event, talks about IICB (through interviews, clothes, logos…) in order to raise awareness and reflection on the disease.

ll Centro Sportivo Educativo Nazionale (CSEN) è un’associazione nazionale di promozione sportiva riconosciuto dal CONI (Comitato Olimpico Nazionale Italiano) che nasce a Roma nel 1976. La mission di CSEN è la diffusione delle Sport in ogni sua disciplina, attraverso la promozione e l’organizzazione su tutto il territorio nazionale e nei paesi europei ed extraeuropei di attività sportive e promozione sportiva.
Al fine di contribuire attivamente alla promozione sportiva di alto valore sociale, allo sviluppo della pratica sportiva e delle società sportive, alla realizzazione dell’obiettivo di uno sport per tutti e di tutti, CSEN opera su tutto il territorio nazionale senza fine di lucro, in rete con realtà chiave, quali: CONI, Federazioni sportive, Scuole, Regioni ed Enti locali.
Oltre ad operare nel campo della formazione sportiva su tutto il territorio nazionale, CSEN persegue anche finalità assistenziali, di promozione sociale e del benessere psicofisico, nonché di contrasto alla povertà, esclusione sociale ed alle marginalità.
CSEN è retto da norme statutarie e regolamenti ispirati al principio di partecipazione all’attività sociale da parte di chiunque in condizioni di uguaglianza e pari opportunità.

The National Educational Sports Center (CSEN) is a national sports promotion association recognized by CONI (Italian National Olympic Committee), established in Rome in 1976. CSEN’s mission is the dissemination of sports in all its disciplines, through the promotion and organization throughout the national territory and in European and non-European countries of sports activities and sports promotion.
In order to actively contribute to the promotion of sports with a high social value, to the development of sports and sports clubs, to the achievement of the goal of a sport for all and for all, CSEN operates throughout the national territory with a not for profit approach, in network with key organizations, such as: CONI, sports federations, schools, regions and local authorities. In addition to its activity in the field of sports training throughout the national territory, CSEN also pursues welfare goals, social promotion and psychophysical well-being, as well as combating poverty, social exclusion and marginalization.
The Provincial Committee of Perugia (CSEN Perugia) of the National Educational Center has been operating since 1982. It is part of the Umbria Regional Committee which has about 350 affiliated associations. CSEN Perugia is dedicated to promoting sports of high social value in the Umbrian context, creating the conditions for a wider development of physical education, sport and health, also through the creation of Sports Societies and Social Promotion Associations. CSEN is governed by statutory rules and regulations based on the principle of participation in social activity by anyone in conditions of equality and equal opportunities.
Stowarzyszenie “Projekt Świętokrzyskie” – Partner (Polonia)
È un’organizzazione non governativa che promuove uno stile di vita sano e la pratica dello sport come strumento per l’inclusione sociale. L’organizzazione realizza una serie di attività rivolte a bambini, giovani, anziani, disabili e persone vulnerabili.
L’associazione ha realizzato come coordinatore il progetto Erasmus + Sport “EUROPARAGEDON” incentrato sull’organizzazione di gare sportive per persone con disabilità e seminari, durante i quali si è discusso della rilevanza delle attività sportiva per i cittadini con disabilità.
Le attività si sono svolte a Kielce, in Polonia, durante il Paragedon, ovvero il Festival dell’Attività Fisica delle Persone con Disabilità realizzato dall’associazione.
Il festival si è svolto dal 13 al 14 settembre 2019 e ha visto la partecipazione di 500 sportivi con disabilità provenienti dalla Polonia e dall’Europa.

It is an independent non-governmental organization whose aim is to promote a healthy lifestyle and sport as a perfect tool for social inclusion and it implements a number of activities aimed at children, youth, seniors, disabled and socially excluded people.
The association has implemented as coordinator the Erasmus+ Sport project “EUROPARAGEDON” focused on the organization of sports competitions for people with disabilities, as well as seminars for the exchange of experience, during which partners analyzed the situation of people with disabilities in Europe and consider how to activate people with disabilities through sport.
The project takes place in Kielce (Poland) during the Paragedon, i.e. the Festival of Physical Activity of People with Disabilities implemented for two years in Kielce by the Association “Project Świętokrzyskie”.
The festival took place on September 13-14 2019 and was be attended by 500 sportsmen with disabilities from Poland and project countries.
Club deportivo basico Escuela ciclismo Santi Perez Mirador del Nalon

È un’associazione sportiva fondata nel 2012, dall’iniziativa di Francisco Munoz Gonzalez, padre di un bambino affetto dalla rara malattia epidermolisi bollosa, in spagnolo “Piel de mariposa”. Il fondatore è appassionato di ciclismo ed è stato campione asturiano di mountain bike ed ha anche pedalato fino al campo base dell’Everest.
Attraverso il ciclismo, l’associazione cerca di promuovere l’unione tra sport e solidarietà. L’obiettivo finale è quello di aumentare la consapevolezza e rendere questa malattia rara più visibile e conosciuta attraverso il ciclismo.
Pedaleando por la piel de mariposa riunisce un vasto numero di ciclisti asturiani e galiziani, e i membri della squadra di ciclismo indossano i colori dell’associazione DEBRA Butterfly Skin – un’associazione che sostiene le persone affette dalla pelle butterfly e le loro famiglie – in molte gare ciclistiche.
La squadra ha partecipato a gare ciclistiche sulle Alpi, nel deserto del Marocco, in Lapponia, sui Pirenei. L’associazione collabora con diverse organizzazioni del Giro ciclistico di Spagna e corridori come Chris Froome o “Purito” Rodriguez hanno mostrato il loro sostegno alla causa.

It’s a sport association funded in 2012, from the initiative of Francisco Munoz Gonzalez, father of a child affected by the rare disease “Butterfly Skin” (in Spanish Piel de Mariposa). The founder is passionate of cycling and he has been the Asturias mountain bike champion, Spanish champion in cycling for doctors, and has even cycled to Everest Base Camp. Through cycling, the association tries to promote the union between sport and solidarity. The ultimate goal is to raise awareness and make this rare disease more visible and known through cycling.
Pedaleando por la piel de mariposa involves a large group of Asturian and Galician cyclists, and cycling team members wear the colors of the association DEBRA Butterfly Skin- an association supporting people affected by the butterfly skin and their families- in many cycling competitions and cycling trials.
The team has participated to cycling competitions in the Alps, the Moroccan desert, Lapland, the Pyrenees. The association collaborates with different organizations involved in La Vuelta, the Spanish cycling race and of Spain and cyclists such as Chris Froome or “Purito” Rodriguez have shown their support.
